These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website exeindustries.co.uk (the "Site") and any purchase you make from EXE Industries ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our Products

We sell apparatus for fitness. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith and we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy. Minor variations (e.g. finish, packaging) may occur between images and the product received.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
The total price you pay, including any delivery charges, will be clearly shown before you confirm your order — no charges are added after checkout.
Payment is taken at the point of order via Shopify Payments.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is dispatched; if this happens, we will contact you before proceeding.

4. Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We will send an order confirmation email, but this does not constitute acceptance — a contract is formed only when we dispatch your order and send shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g. stock unavailability, pricing error, suspected fraud), in which case you will receive a full refund.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery timeframes are 1–2 business days for UK mainland addresses.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
If your order is delayed significantly, contact us at bijan@exe-industries.com and we will investigate.

6. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To cancel, notify us in writing (email is fine) within this 14-day window.
You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
Once we receive the returned goods in their original condition, we will refund you in full — including standard delivery costs — within 14 days.
Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Goods should be returned unused and in original packaging where possible; you are liable for any diminished value resulting from unnecessary handling.

7. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If a product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, contact us at bijan@exe-industries.com and we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. This is in addition to, not instead of, your 14-day cancellation right above.

8. Product Use and Safety

Our products are equipment intended for general fitness use by adults. We are not liable for injury resulting from misuse, failure to follow included safety instructions, or use of the product beyond its intended purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Subject to this, our liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the price you paid for the relevant product.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including the EXE Industries name, logo, product photography, and written content — is owned by us and may not be reproduced without permission.

11. Complaints and Disputes

If you have a complaint, contact us first at bijan@exe-industries.com so we can try to resolve it directly. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
